BJA and CNA would like to draw your attention to an innovative resource that may prove beneficial to your SPI and other criminal justice research efforts. George Mason University’s Center for Evidence-Based Crime Policy (CEBCP) has created the "eConsortium of University Centers and Researchers." This is a completely free and open service that allows university centers and researchers to register their information, specialties, and interests, so that criminal justice agencies who are seeking partners on projects like SPI can better locate research partners and collaborate. Especially for newer university researchers and tenure-track faculty, this can facilitate new exchanges, partnerships on proposals, and many learning opportunities. We encourage you to register your Center's (or your own) information at the "eConsortium of University Centers and Researchers." CEBCP has an interactive feature on the eConsortium site that allows criminal justice agencies to search the eConsortium to connect with University researchers and centers in their area. The researchers and centers who register will be placed in the database so to facilitate connections with criminal justice agencies and with each other.
