All Smart Policing Initiative sites engage in the three major phases of SPI: Action Planning, Implementation, and Close Out.
During each of these phases, CNA provides a variety of training and technical assistance (TTA) from site-assigned TTA teams, targeted technical assistance, peer exchanges, and more.
To Request TTA:
- Complete the TTA Request Form and submit it to your TTA Team.
- Your TTA Team then submits the request to the CNA TTA Management Team.
How BJA/CNA Responds to TTA Requests
- BJA and CNA determine the course of action— for example, a TTA-focused site visit, or additional SME support.
- CNA then contacts your site directly regarding fulfilling your TTA request.
